EULAlyzer

EULAlyzer is a program to analyze thoroughly the terms of the EULAs installed in your system.
EULA is an acronym that stands for End User License Agreement, a text that is often included in the bundle of files that programs install in your system.

Sometimes these documents are very lengthy, and they become so boring to read word by word, that most people just ignore them, not really knowing what they have agreed to. EULAlyzer will ease this task by searching the EULAs for words that could indicate if the software you are about to install displays pop-up ads, transmits some personally identifiable information, or if it uses unique identifiers to track you down.
Once installed, the program will show you a cross that you can drag and drop over the EULA text to be analyzed. In seconds, it will show you a list of the interesting words and phrases it has found. Besides, it keeps a database of the license agreements you have examined. Optionally, you can submit license agreements to the authors in order to help them to improve the program.
The professional version of EULAlyzer includes EULA-Watch, a resident service that will analyze for you every EULA that it detects.
